BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

After reviewing the room information provided on the website, you can choose between two following options to book a room:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  • Option 1: Reserve room and pay online<\/li>\r\n
  • Option 2: Make a direct call to the resort\u2019s phone number to receive timely advice and exact information on room availability.<\/li>\r\n
  • Option 3: Visit the resort to book a room.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Check-in time:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      \r\n
    • Check-in is from 15:00 (early check-in will depend on room availability and the guest may have to pay an extra fee for such a request).<\/li>\r\n
    • Check-out is before 12:00 PM.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      *Note: Other services not included in the booking will be charged as per the resort\u2019s policy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Upon completing the booking procedure, our booking system will send you a confirmation letter via email. You are required to make the payment for your reservation by the due date using one of the following payment methods:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Make an online payment via bank cards: ATM or international credit cards<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        \r\n
      • A fast and convenient online payment method for guests who want to book rooms in advance.<\/li>\r\n
      • To pay for the reservation:\r\n
          \r\n
        • The booking system will direct you to the online payment site. Please follow the instructions to finish your payment.<\/li>\r\n
        • If the booking system is not connected to the online payment system, we will send you a link to proceed with the payment. Please follow the instructions to finish your payment.<\/li>\r\n
        • If you fail to pay for your reservation by the due date, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          Make an offline payment via bank cards: ATM or international credit cards<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            \r\n
          • When the online payment method is not available, we will send you a \u201ccredit card payment authorization\u201d form, please fill in all of the required information, sign the form, and send it back to us together with a 2-sided copy of your card and a copy of your identity card\/passport for guarantee purposes.<\/li>\r\n
          • If you want to use the card you have provided us to pay for the reservation, we will collect the amount from your card on the due date. Please bring along your card and present it to our staff at the time of check-in for card-holder authentication. Otherwise, your booking must be paid by other cards or in cash. Accordingly, we will refund the payment to the card from which we have collected the money. This process will take some time (21 business days on average) before you receive the refund on your card account.<\/li>\r\n
          • If you want to pay for the reservation with other cards, please notify us. We will not collect the amount from the provided card. We will, however, pre-authorise an amount equal to the booking rate from this card on the due date.<\/li>\r\n
          • We require that the guest staying at the hotel must be the cardholder.<\/li>\r\n
          • We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation if you don\u2019t provide sufficient information or if we don\u2019t receive your response by the payment due date.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Make payment via money transfer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

              \r\n
            • This is a cardless payment method for guests who want to make reservations in advance.<\/li>\r\n
            • We will send our bank account information to your email address.<\/li>\r\n
            • Please transfer the correct amount to the hotel\u2019s bank account. In the transfer description, please specify the sender\u2019s full name, phone number, booking confirmation number and notify us to check whether your payment has arrived.<\/li>\r\n
            • We will contact you with a confirmation after the payment has been received.<\/li>\r\n
            • If you fail to pay for your reservation by the due time, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

              Direct payment method: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

              This is a flexible payment option for guests who book rooms directly at the hotel\u2019s reception. Depending on the discussion, you will pay directly at reception or after your stay.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

              Payment security policies:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

              • We do not retain any information related to the credit card or bank account that you use on the website via a third-party payment gateway.<\/li>\r\n
              • The web-based card payment system provided by the payment gateway partner is legally licensed for operation in Vietnam. Thus, our card payment security standards are compliant with the security standards of the payment gateway partner.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
